Small prompts. Powerful shifts. A beautifully designed deck to help restore energy, joy and presence - one card at a time.
The Vitality Deck makes the perfect gift for yourself, a friend or a loved one 💚
Or for a....
...busy mind with little space to breathe - between the meetings, the messages and the mealtimes...
…a practitioner, guide, or teacher looking for simple tools to bring more balance to yourself and those you support…
…or someone who feels a bit flat, despite all the achievements and stability.
Why it works:
✨Each card is a mini reset - rooted in mindfulness, neuroscience or positive psychology.
✨Tiny actions like grounding barefoot or singing stimulate dopamine and calm the nervous system.
✨Born from a quiet obsession with feeling better - these daily prompts are for anyone seeking a little more balance, energy and joy in their everyday life.
How it works:
Simply pick a card when you need a reset, or u se one card a week for year-round meaningful uplift.
Perfect for meaningful gifting:
Thoughtful pick-me-ups, new mums, end-of-year teacher gifts - or a reminder to treat yourself.
Lovingly created in the Isle of Man using the principals of Positive Psychology, printed in the UK.

I have introduced a Monday Mental Health Moments to our Monday morning huddles at work and everybody loves them. Each person in the huddle can identify with all of the positive ideas and make it their purpose each week to do every suggestion to help with their mental health and clarity. All of us never thought we would look forward to a Monday morning huddle like we do now. It’s so nice to see everyone smiling too. Thank you Kirsty for your lovely set of positive ideas. We love it. ❤️❤️
I love these cards, I have a set of my own and want to get some for family and friends as I use them so much! Just small things everyone can do to perk you up and bring you into the moment. Thanks Kirsty!
